We have completely reworked the Check-in UI. It became a separate page that allows you to split a single package into several child packages and distribute them among your offices.
You can also split packages by percentage, use predetermined templates, and automatically create UIDs for newly split packages.
These additions will make package check-ins much quicker and more versatile.
We are excited to announce that our Distro Express App is already available to download from the App store. The app is designed for distributor drivers and supports you in making your deliveries efficient from start to finish.
Distro Express, a full-featured delivery management app, is designed specifically to meet the legal requirements of the states and allow the monitoring of all delivery orders containing cannabis products. The App enables the drivers to provide their delivery history data to a law enforcement officer at any delivery stage.
The "Run" feature in the Distro Express App provides a comprehensive view of your delivery operations and includes three important sections: Ledger, Route, and Run History.
The Ledger section gives you a real-time view of your delivery transactions and provides information about the items being delivered, delivery location, and delivery status. The App collects and stores virtual ledgers – record books of each trip. All the stops and turns that the driver makes will be available to download upon request.
The Route section provides a map view of your drivers' delivery routes and real-time progress updates. This feature allows you to see which deliveries have been completed and which ones are still pending.
The Run History section is a detailed view of each run, including delivery date, time, and status, allowing you to quickly track and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement in your delivery operations.
Last but not least, the Distro Express app has a user-friendly design and an intuitive interface, allowing drivers to quickly and easily update the delivery status, reducing the probability of errors and improving accuracy.

[IndicaOnlineDistro][DistroPOS] Introducing Test Sample Packages
Our goal is to turn IndicaDistro into a self-sufficient ecosystem that would allow our Clients to streamline processing packages without going back and forth between IndicaDistro and their Metrc account.
Now you can split your checked-in packages to create dedicated Test Packages, which can then be submitted for lab testing. Once you have created a Test Package in IndicaDistro, it is also created in your Metrc account. When the lab results are received, all affiliated packages will have their information updated in IndicaDistro as well. With this feature, there is no longer a need to monitor packages in your inventory or to double-check the package status before adding it to the cart. However, you will still need to submit the sample package for testing through Metrc, which we are also planning to change in one of the future releases.
When creating a Test Package, you would follow almost the same steps as when splitting a package. In your IndicaDistro web application navigate to the Checked In Packages page→click on the number of the package to open its profile→ at the top right click Create Test Sample. Alternatively, you can find the same button directly on the Checked-In Packages page near the Split button.
Your IndicaDistro will now keep track of the Lab Results status of all packages in your inventory. In case a package with inadmissible Lab Testing status is added to the cart or used for fulfilling the order, the system will notify you of this. Orders that contain packages with inadmissible status cannot be assigned to a Driver.
